Sales and Marketing Manager

BAMCo keeps fleets moving—and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Manager to fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through live system demos, while shaping marketing initiatives that expand our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & Qualify new fleet-service opportunities via outbound and inbound channels
• Manage a Robust Pipeline in the CRM—forecast, track, and report on every stage
• Conduct Product Demonstrations that clearly communicate BAMCo’s value proposition
• Develop Campaigns with marketing to generate leads and nurture prospects
• Negotiate & Close service agreements, ensuring a seamless hand-off to onboarding
• Report Weekly on KPIs, win rates, and revenue projections to senior leadership
• Represent BAMCo at trade shows, webinars, and industry events (travel as needed)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in B2B service-based sales (fleet, logistics, SaaS, or similar)
• Track record of building and managing a multi-million-dollar pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• High integrity and genuine customer-first mentality
• Associates degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Comfortable with modern sales tech—CRM, video demo platforms, analytics tools
