BAMCo is looking for a sharp and detail-driven Data Analyst to help turn raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making across our fleet services business. From operations to finance to customer performance, your work will directly support growth, efficiency, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets related to operations, maintenance, costs, and performance
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms
• Work with leadership to define KPIs and build tracking tools across departments
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce costs
• Create visualizations and summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support internal audits, customer reporting, and forecasting models

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree or higher in data analytics, statistics, business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools
• Ability to clean, structure, and interpret complex datasets
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into plain language
• Highly organized and self-motivated with attention to detail
• Experience with CMMS, ERP, or fleet/maintenance data is a plus
