Customer Support Specialist

At BAMCo, we keep America’s trailers on the road—and we’re looking for a skilled and personable Customer Support Specialist to be the front line of communication with our valued clients.
In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with customers, resolve service issues, and represent our company with professionalism and care. You’ll be part of a team that delivers dependable solutions in fleet maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web portals
  • Resolve service issues and provide timely updates to customers
  • Promote BAMCo’s services and capabilities to build trust and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service logs in our CRM
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms related to customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate degree or higher in business, communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using digital tools and customer support software
  • Experience in a customer service or account support role is preferred
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable attitude
