Accounting and Payroll
BAMCo keeps fleets moving—and we’re looking for a detail-driven Accounting & Payroll Specialist to keep our financial operations running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll ensure accurate accounting, timely payroll processing, and full compliance with tax and reporting requirements—all while supporting our growing team and delivering precise, actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule for multi-state employees
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Generate timely financial reports for management review
- Maintain employee payroll records and respond to payroll-related inquiries promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in accounting and payroll processing, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, accounting principles, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with accounting/payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
